Nova Care is educational only. For emergencies — chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding — call your local emergency number immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account and authentication record.
- All health records you entered or imported.
- All files in the medical reports storage bucket.
- All AI conversation history tied to your account.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore data once the request is processed.
How long it takes
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged on their normal rotation, typically within 90 days.
