• Account information: email, name, and authentication credentials.
• Health data you enter: blood pressure, heart rate, sleep, labs, medications, symptoms, appointments, and family profiles.
• Uploaded files: medical reports and documents.
• AI conversations: messages you send to the assistant and its responses.
• Technical data: basic usage, device, and error logs.

• To show you your own dashboard, trends, and summaries.
• To generate AI explanations and doctor-visit prep when you ask for them.
• To keep the service secure, reliable, and free from abuse.

We do not sell your health information, and we do not use it to train external AI models.

• You. By default only you can see your records, enforced by row-level security.
• Trusted infrastructure providers (database, file storage, AI inference) under contract.
• No one else without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

• Managed Postgres database with row-level security tied to your user account.
• Uploaded files in a private storage bucket accessible only to you.
• TLS in transit; encrypted at rest by the underlying providers.
• Production access limited to the people who need it.

When you use the AI assistant, your message and relevant context are sent to an AI model provider to generate a response. We do not allow your data to be used to train external models.

• View and edit any record you create.
• Export a doctor-visit summary at any time.
• Delete individual entries, profiles, or your entire account — see Data deletion.

Nova Care Support is intended for adults. If you track a child's health using a family profile, you do so as their parent or legal guardian.

We will update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
