Nova Care Support is a personal health organization and education tool. It helps you track measurements, store reports, manage medications, and prepare for doctor visits. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
• Provide accurate information; you are responsible for the content you store.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to provide medical care or diagnosis to others.
• Upload data you do not have the right to store.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The AI assistant generates educational explanations and prep questions. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed with a licensed clinician before any health decision. The assistant will not diagnose conditions.

You retain ownership of all health data and files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service for you.

You may delete your account at any time from the data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or medically accurate. See the Medical Disclaimer.

To the extent permitted by law, Nova Care Support and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms; material changes will be highlighted in the app.
